LIFE BE-WoodEN Workshop in Imperia Successfully Concludes

The participatory construction workshop concluded last weekend, achieving its goal of transforming outdoor and indoor spaces in a social housing building located in Imperia’s historic city center. The building, owned by ARTE Imperia, now offers a more inclusive and welcoming environment for the local community.

The workshop was led by the winning team of the Challenge-Based Learning initiative, supported by key partners including Regione Liguria, ARTE Imperia, Università degli Studi di Genova, and the Imperia Building School. An excellent result that demonstrates how wood can offer beautiful, inclusive and sustainable solutions, in line with the principles of the New European Bauhaus.
LIFE BE-WoodEN initiative highlights how collaboration and creativity could shape better spaces for everyone.
