The LIFE BE-WoodEN project will take part in the LIFE Info Day 2025, the first event in the series “Knowledge and European Tools for Architects and Territories”, organized by the Italian National Council of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservators (CNAPPC) in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (MASE).
The event will take place on Thursday, July 24th, from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, at CNAPPC headquarters in Rome and will also be broadcast online.
The main focus of the Info Day will be on the 2025 LIFE calls for proposals dedicated to “traditional” projects in the areas of Circular Economy and Quality of Life and Climate Change Mitigation and Adaptation, with particular attention to opportunities for architects and professionals in the built environment.
The session will also highlight concrete experiences of two European projects that embody the values of the New European Bauhaus, including LIFE BE-WoodEN – Buildings and Education in Wood Ecosystem for the New European Bauhaus, with a presentation by Prof. Giovanna Franco (University of Genoa), the project’s scientific coordinator.
